I am still a work in progress, but I've decided that slow and steady win the race. I have a few more pounds to lose around the middle, and I'm focusing on fitness and strength. I can't wait to post a real "after" photo (maybe this summer).

I currently eat around 1800 calories per day but I work out five days per week.0

To echo sarraheclark's question - how long did it take you from 182 to where you are now? I find being patient with myself is my biggest challenge!!!0
-
A long time - I started in 2014 and lost 25 pounds pretty quickly but then started CrossFit and decided to focus on training and fueling my workouts rather than losing so fast. It has really helped my mindset.2
