That means 1 serving of nuggets is 100 grams, and should be 5 nuggets.

What you will probably find is that 1 or more nuggets is a little heavier, and 5 nuggets may actually be 120 grams. If that's the case, you would log the 120 grams as your serving.

If you don't find an entry in grams, you could do the math and then log the correct portion of the serving, which would be 1.2 servings total in this case.

    Does that help?

Serving Size 100g(5 Nuggets), Number Of Servings-1. What does that mean.

This means that one serving is 5 nuggets. 5 nuggets weighs 100 grams. Number of Servings - 1 means that there is only one serving in the bag. If there were 10 nuggets in the bag, it would have said, "Number of Servings - 2." If there were 15 nuggets in the bag, it would have said, "Number of Servings - 3," etc.

So, for the calorie count listed in the nutrition label, that means if you eat 5 nuggets (1 Serving), that is how many calories you ate.

I would count that as one packet, not individual nuggets.Yes it does help.

You don't have to weigh out packaged foods if you don't want to, but keep in mind that the labels can be wrong. Every single nugget may not weigh 20 grams each, and you may find that the single serving you have is actually more than that if you weigh it out. The label can be off by ~20%, I believe, and it's almost guaranteed to be over and not under what the label says.

Just something to keep in mind. If you don't choose to weigh packaged stuff and you find that your weight loss stops, start weighing those items to see if that helps.
