I was wondering if anyone can help me with this. I work out 5 days a week, pretty intense workouts. My current weight is 126. Last year i had completed t25 and lost about 7 pounds and got pretty lean and went to about 119. The past month i have stated insanity max 30. I am almost done with week 3 and the scale is going up. I haven't dropped 1 pound. I eat about 1500 calories a day. Am i not eating enough or am i eating too much? Im sure i am gaining muscle because the scale is going up but I'm not sure if i am not eating enough or too much. i burn about 300 calories a workout and eat about 1500 a day.

The first thing you mention is exercise.
For weight loss, the first thing you should mention is your calorie deficit. And not "eating around" X amount. Stay in a deficit, lose weight. When you only have a few pounds to lose there is no room for error. Weigh your food on a scale, don't forget drinks/condiments.0 -
the my fitness pal app suggested that i should eat 1300 calories to lose weight, but when i only eat that i feel so weak and get horrible headaches. any suggestions?0

How tall are you?0 -
Measure yourself instead. So.e times the priority is that we drop the fat and slim out but that doesn't mean you will weigh less.0

Please don't go below 1,500 calories per day. I think you are starving your body and when that happens, you will retain calories because your body doesn't know when it will receive nutrients again.0

No. Starvation mode is a myth. I am at 1200-1300 calories a day. It is what I need based on my TDEE to lose weight.0 -
I'm 5'6 and yes most websites say to eat 1300 a day and it just seems so low. I get so weak and get bad migraines. I will prob just have to up my calories and see if that helps!0

Getting weak and getting bad migraines might mean that the food you're eating isn't nutritious enough. Are you eating lean meats, vegetables, and good fats, or are your calories throughout the day loaded in carbs and saturated fat and/or are you eating the same exact thing every day (and thus might be deficient in a certain vitamin on a daily basis)? Also it's always a good idea to take a multivitamin if you currently aren't taking any.0
