He looks at women he finds attractive, as do I with men I find attractive - but I don't think either of us make it obvious! Sometimes those women are skinnier, sometimes they're not. I honestly don't think their weight or size enters his head, it's more just physical attraction. If he finds them attractive, he'll look.
The way I see it, it's natural to be attracted to others. It's only bad when he disrespects you in the process...makes you feel less attractive than them, puts you down, compares you or makes a point of looking / checking them out when he knows it upsets you (there are ways to be subtle!)
If he's not doing any of those things and he makes you feel attractive, wanted, loved, I don't see the issue. Not saying it's not common to feel the way you are, lots of people do, men and women. I just think it's mostly due to insecurities on their part, which need to be addressed so you don't feel bad in the future. Because nobody deserves to feel like that.0 -

Don't let her wayward glances deprive you of your butt dreamz.0

Couldn't have said it any better.0 -
Sure, my husband will always glance at an attractive woman. But he loves my body, regardless of what size it happens to be at any given time (I tend to yo-yo, unfortunately), tells me he loves my body on a regular basis, and, more importantly SHOWS me that he does with lots of affection, hugs, snuggles and nookie. He puts down his book to watch me undress for bed every night, will detour into the room to give me a hug if he sees me naked from the shower and not yet dressed, etc. So his glancing at other women does not bother me one iota.0

I'm tiny, so no, but he points out hot girls to me all the time, usually so I can go hit on them LOL0

I'm sure my boyfriend looks at all sorts of other women. Maybe thinner, heavier, blonds, bigger boobs, smaller butts, bigger butts. He is a man. Men like all kinds of women.0

My husband is most interested in if a woman is naked or not. Size doesn't really matter to him.0

Yea. The only chicks he stares at in stores are skinny. He says about heavier girls in movies or pics "she's pretty even tho she's heavy" but he's NEVER stared at a hot heavy chick in public. I don't hate it cuz I don't care anymore.0 -
My spouse doesn't, but my boyfriend does. It kinda bothers me, but not as bad as it would bother my spouse to know that I have a boyfriend.0

Ummmmmm. No. Wouldn't marry a person who disrespected me like that. My body pillow is a total gentleman and only has eyes for me.0

My husband does look at slimmer and/or more beautiful women, but I also look at men who are slimmer and/or more handsome than him. I think it's natural to look at people you find attractive, and it doesn't mean that the person you're with is UNattractive to you in comparison or that you want to run off with the person you're looking at.
As one of the above posters said, it's only bad if it's also disrespectful. I used to be bothered by the fact that hubby likes pictures of underwear models. It took a while of his reassuring me that he loves me and finds me attractive and sexy too (regardless of the extra weight) before I was completely comfortable with that, but now I don't mind.
A dear friend once said to me that his dad's quote for these situations was "it doesn't matter where you get your appetite, so long as you eat at home".0 -

lol tbh I find it weird when people say they only have eyes for their significant other. I'll often talk to my roommate about how dreamy people are, celebrities or just people we know and all she can talk about is how the only man she thinks is hot is her bf, and she doesn't even look at other guys anymore.
I'm sorry, but before you started dating him we literally spoke for hours about how beautiful one of the guys in our lecture was, and now you don't even think he's cute? I call baloney! It's fine to look at other people you find attractive.0 -
Humans are physically attracted to other humans. That primal instinct doesn't magically turn off when you're in a relationship.0

His eyes may wander, and that's ok, so long as they are the only body part that does. I window shop too, we're only human.0

How do you think your spouse will feel about the buttocks augmentation then ? If she /he likes thinner ladies then how do you think they will react to you making your rear larger ? I'm not against cosmetic procedures at all, like I mentioned in your past threads. I've had plenty myself. I was just curious if your spouse is for or against the procedure?0

You're married to her? I didn't get that impression from your last thread. Congrats! I think it's wonderful that your being of the same gender no longer prohibits you from being married.
Since you hate her looking at skinnier women, and you are planning another butt augmentation, how does she feel about your upcoming procedure?0
