I will be doing 60 minutes of circuit training with my personal trainer in a bit. What are you going to do today to get your sweat on?

After walking 2.5 miles home from work i shall be indulging in a jillian double! level 2 30 day shred and then level 1 yoga meltdown!! bring it on!0

I did my boot camp this morning, then half hour in the gym ( ineed to pass some time!) I did the cross trainer and rower.
Tonight I will be doing another hour in the gym, I haven't decided what yet though!0 -

I just did a half an hour of intense intervals on the elliptical and then some of Ab Ripper X from the P90X series! And then later tonight, I have 2 sand volleyball games to play.0

Was at the gym at 6:30, elipitical 30 min Row machine 10 min, tonight yoga. WOOHOO!!!!0

I did a 55 min spin class. I may get a 3 mile run in this evening.0

Today is cardio day for me so 45 min of Zumba Wii.0

Chest and Tricep Day at the gym followed by W2D3 of C25K0

:indifferent: I started using my 5-day pass to the nearest Gold's Gym yesterday. Love the equipment; especially the 'movie room', where you can watch a movie while using a stationary bike, treadmill, or elliptical. Did some oblique and abdominal exercises in the ladies fitness room before leaving. I plan to go back there for the next four days to see if I really like it. Looking forward to the spinning class and the BodyPump classes.
Still love my Turbo Jam with the Core ball (60 min with Beachbody's Chalene Johnson) more. That's a phenomenal workout!
Trying to lose 20 lbs in 2 months before my birthday! We'll see. I need motivation. I'm doing this alone with too many temptations and distractions around me.0 -
I AM!!! I'm doing Zumba toning today. 6-7pm,baby!!! Favorite time of the day on Tuesdays and Thursdays!!! I ZUMBA!!!0

I shredded this morning and have spent the afternoon shifting furniture round my daughters bedroom. shes got a new bed and since putting it up a couple of hours ago i must of rearranged ti free times because I cant get it right!!
Might do Jillian Michaels no more trouble zones later too. Its my birthday in a couple of weeks and it would be great if i could fit in my new dress :laugh:0 -

I did JM 30 Day Shred - Level 3 (day 30!!) & a 2 mile walk @ incline on treadmill.0

You all are so much better than me! I will be walking/ running on my treadmill for 30-45 minutes tonight after putting my little one to bed. I've been walking on 3 incline. Feel great afterwards!0

After work:
Half hour of weight training, half hour on the elliptical, and 15 min of cool down on the treadmill.
In the evening:
Tai Chi, Yang Style 880 -
I will be doing my TurboJam Cardio Party when I get home from work! Trying to work up to burning 500 calories per workout!0

I did Power 90 Cardio 3/4 minus Yoga this morning. 37 minutes of cardio is a great way to start the day.0
