I'm 5'8" and weigh 164. I started at 203. Goal of 135-140 I think, but I haven't been that small since I was a teenager, so I'll see how I look/feel as I get close. I want to pay more attention to my body fat, I'd like to get to 22-23%
Clothes, I got a big as a 16, right now my smallest pants are 12s, but they're too big.0 -
I'm 5'8" and 214. My goal is 160-170 range0

I'm 5ft 8.5 & 156lbs, I'm aiming for 1470

5'9", maybe a little shorter now at 48 years old, about 135-137lb and truthfully I like to be a little lighter than that, still suffer with a bit of anxiety around weight and am happiest under 130 and over 125 so that's my ultimate goal.
But - I measured and am 35" bust, 29" waist, 37" hips and legs are about 22" each, am at 20% bodyfat, look lean and am close to what I consider ideal for my body type (not curvy, very small bust, elongated athletic build - I am not gonna have the typical ideal feminine body no matter what but can get to fashion model skinny with effort or lack of care for health), only change is I would love to have the waist down to 28" or 27" if I could. It doesn't actually do that without everything else shrinking along with it, though, my proportions seem to persist.

I'm 5'8!!!
My starting weight was 211, current weight is 146, - goal weight is 139. I wear a size 8 pants and a size 6 skirts. I really don't have a 'goal size' though. I'll buy whatever looks good and try not to pay too much attention to the label.0 -

5'8 and 142lbs. Feeling good but always feel best around 135. I have a really hard time dropping lower that 142. Been working on it for over a year. I seem to be on permanent maintenance whether I want to be or not.
My heaviest was 20 years ago at 195. Stayed around 160 for most of my adult life while having kids. Five years ago I shed 15 lbs and started weight training.0 -
I'm 5.8 currently 207lbs goal is 170 at the moment but if i reach it i may go for a little bit more, i think it depends on your body type i have large hips and wide shoulders i think if i lost too much weight i would look strange0

I am 5'8, and my goal is 160. I'm currently 289! So hopefully with strength training and cardio I'll get down to 160, and stay there!0
