arabic bread

i eat roti (chapati) and i am wondering is arabic bread (pita bread) is any healtheir than this?, will it help me to loose weight?

    Eating less of whatever you are eating will help you lose weight. If you like X or Y bread, just count the calories, make sure it fits your daily goal and eat it.

    Just track the calories, if you like to eat it and it fits in your calorie budget for the day, go for it! :smile:
