Not done a challenge before. What type of things can I expect from this challenge?
Well we weighin every week. That is the only thing that is mandatory. Whatever you put into the group is what you receive. I have a pre assessment test for you to do which is optional but reccomended. We redo it every month and at the end to see your progress. I have some great members who some have been with me since my first challenge who will motivate you and support. Never any judgements or negative comments.
Also we have weekly exercise challenges and either a nutritional or accountabilty challenge. I also have an amazing race which is done in teams and are exercised based but we support each other and progress towards our goals. I have found that being with a group that supports you even when we have bad days or even weeks or month can get us
Motivated to whatever you need to do.
Will there be a specific day you will post s challenge?

When do we update our current weight? On March 1 by the end of the day or now?0

You can put it in now til Thurs. I know not everyone's weigh day is not the same, so whenever you want. Lots of members this round so should be lots of fun,support and activity.0

I found that copying and pasting the link in a browser outside of the MyFitnessPal app helps me to access the spreadsheet. I use a tablet. And I use Google chrome, I hope this helps @shonabardecki0

Spring weigh in time! I ended the last challenge a pound under goal and super happy. This one will be great too. I am ending two days early on my birthday though
