Weekly Weight loss

Hello,

I am just confuse whether its good to loose less than pound a week. I do follow the 1200 Cal plus five days of gym. I don't eat more than 1200 Cal per day, some day may be less than 1200 but not more. I do drink about 90-95 oz. of water per day. I don't know if I am doing something wrong or should be happy with the result....can some one please advise.

    You should be happy with the result! You're still losing so you're making progress. Slow weight loss is generally believed to be more sustainable.

    Do you have a food scale and weigh your food? If not you may be eating more than 1200cal a day, putting you in a smaller deficit. If you don't already have one, it's cheap and a great investment for your weight loss - you will be able to log more accurately.
