MFP App tells me to lower my calorie goals...

Should I follow the MFP advice? Or should I keep netting 1600 calories as a male. For the past month, I've been eating roughly 2200 a day and burning 500-700 a day. MFP is telling me that since I've lost 10 lbs, I need to lower my goal to 1900.

What say you? Will following MFP lead to Starvation mode?

you're well above starvation mode... you'll burn less calories working out as your weight decreases. I'd try it for 2 weeks and see what happens.

Well above? Everything I've read says males my age net 1600 to avoid starvation.

For the record, I'm on Insanity, which recommends over 3000 calories at times..
