here a few weeks first time posting a topic!

I guess its five weeks maybe six since I started this, doing well, still on track so to speak though a bit confused what to do when I go away for a few days in a few days time........Im basically going away on a break so wont be rushing off to the internet cafe each day to update my food/exercise diary......so can I take 'time off' or will that just completely throw the whole 'progress' thing of this site into array??
I fill in each day as is (even when Ive been VERY naughty.....) I would love to lose about another 8/9lbs - Im a working mom, busy but tired......loving my break coming up....badly needed!

    I think I am more new than you... but if I don't get a chance to get online and enter my calories on my food diary, I will do it the next time I do get on... I just go back to that day and record everything and continue on like I didn't skip a beat. I'm not sure if this does any harm... but you should have a pretty good idea how many calories you are supposed to have, so just keep an eye on it ~ write it down ~ and enjoy your time away! When you get back, just continue where you left off... I don't see any harm in it, just don't quit! :)
  • yeah I will give that a go....I'll record on my phone or the good ole pen and paper while Im away and fill in when i come back (and get an hour to spare!!!) thanks! :)
