bulk up pasta portions, lower cals.
Hey everyone, one of my favorite meals is spaghetti. All my life I have had a huge plate homemade spaghetti. There is something disheartening about switching to a single serving too small to cover a salad plate.
but my momma used to put spinach in her sauce it always tasted great. I have found that with the way spinach cooks down, I can fit over 4cups of it into the pot. My portions now take over my plate but I'm eating less calories than ever. I feel full and it tastes AMAZING. Give it a shot.
