Hi, my name is Mary I am 27 years old and my current weight is 259.8, my goal is to be at least 150. I just started counting calories and I'm back at the gym again. Trying to lose weight to be healthy and try for a baby. Feel free to add me. We can support each other! :)

    hi Mary. My name is sherrie. I am meeting go with a trainer and dietician.... I've been doing that for 7 weeks now. this is the slow bit right way to lose weight. I am 5 ft 5 in. she has me shooting for 5 to 6 meals a day. high protein options but lean meats. apparently the frequent meals eventually revs up the metabolism. it is slow I have lost 7 lbs in seven weeks. I had two weeks where I didn't lose. then I started fitness pal to track. the hard part is the lifting weights. I suggest u get a trainer. best thing ever

    Wishing you well on your journey! I'm 42, just had my second baby. I gained a lot after first, then had miscarriages. It forced me to focus on better eating, and more fitness. I lost over 30 lbs and had baby#2 3 months ago.

    You can do this and the reward is so amazing!

    I'm on the same boat! Calorie counting and exercise has helped me a lot.
