I'm back after a year and a half of fail!....

So I moved from Houston back to Atlanta. I met someone. Fell in love.....and it was all downhill from there...well my fitness goals anyway. They day when you fall in love u gain happiness weight. If that's the case why am I so unhappy about it?!!! I have been trying to lose it since I realized just how big I'd gotten, but at that point I was nearly 260 lbs!!! I had gotten down to 217 while still in Houston and I was just a few pounds from my goal and now I'm 34 lbs away from 217! As you can imagine, my frustration is real. So I decided to come back to my fit pal. Is the only thing that worked great and left me feel great. Time to get back on track!

    All i can say is when i monitor what i eat u can see it. We all have bad days, just about routine. Plan ur meals out if u can. I have a smoothie on a morning n 2 main meals, few snacks in between. U have done it b 4, u can do it again. Best of luck xx
