5'6" and my goal weight is 135-140. At 162 now down from 200. 25 lbs to go!0

I'm 5'6 in the morning, closer to 5'5 1/2 by nightfall, my goal 145-135,(when I go under 135 I think I look awful!) I skate and dance, so my muscular legs account for not meeting the classic ideals for our height range0

Hi all. I'm 5'7" and just reached 161 today. Goal would eventually be at 130. 1 step at a time though. My current goal is to be under 160. Then I will work on next steps.

Well I would love to weigh 125 but I have never been able to keep my weight that low I have been able to maintain 130. Currently at 5'6 I weigh between 140-145 depending on the day. I've been as high as 160 and I do not wish to return to that weight.0

Reading this really wakes me up to how we all have different body types, and one size really doesn't fit all. I'm 170 pounds in this picture and that is my goal weight again, so I have 30 pounds to lose to get there. I don't want to be any smaller than this, but according to all of the charts, 170 is too heavy. I guess the scale really does lie sometimes.0

I'm 5'6.5 and fluctuate between 138-143 for a year now. Hoping to get to 126 for my wedding this August and complete a half marathon in May.0

This is so me... I am shooting for 170. I am 5'7" and a half lol I weigh 198 now but starting weight was 209. I wear a large shirt and 12/14 jeans. I love lifting weights, squatting heavy and building a booty lol. Id be happy with 170ish for sure0 -
I'm 5'6" and my doctor recommended 160 to start. MY goal is below 150. Possibly down to 140 if I'm still not happy with my appearance at 150. We'll see. I'm at 161 right now.0

Honestly my goal is 150. I hit 140 several years ago and felt like skin and bone. I have a larger frame and muscle mass in my legs so I err on the high end of the range. I'm 5'6.250

I'm 5'6 and in an ideal world I would be 115 but 130 is probably where I should be. At my skinniest I was 105, which was way too thin and I was 180 when I have birth to my daughter 4 years ago.
Right now I'm 147.0 -

@Fit4LifeAR I am with you. So many different goals and body types in our height range.
I have a BF of 34, and I'm 5'7" at 217. I can't regress to high school athlete status because it was too long ago. The last time I was under 200 was 3 years ago: 180-185 and a size 14. I liked it. I wanted to lose more but was thrilled I was under 200 for the first time in over 17 years. My scare weight was 190-getting closer to 200 again made me try to drop those 5-10 again but that was as motivated as I was. Then I had another baby and.....here I am. I feel defeated yet a renewed motivation to keep trying. I can't say what a goal weight would be. I am in an 18 now and if I get to 160 I may be in a size 10. BF and shape/size are my goals I guess. Do I want to be in a single digit size? Heck I don't even know! Perhaps hitting a medium and being able to show enough feminine shape is a good start. Or perhaps an end goal. So.....first goal is simply to get below 200 again. It's a mental thing. I'm depressed over 200, especially over 210 because for yeeeeeears it's been my "stuck weight" and I hate it!0 -
I'm 5'7" and I always thought a goal of 155-160 was a good number! I personally have never achieved it0

I'm 5'7". When I was in good shape before, I was 155-160. When I was younger and around 140, everyone told me I looked too thin. Right now I am trying to get to at least 160!0

I'm 5' 7". In high school I was 134 and a size 4. I'm shooting for 130 to 140.0

I'm almost 5'6" (5'5.5") and my goal is to be about 130. My smallest known adult weight was about 150, size 5/6 jeans and I know I still wanted to lose more, so really my goal is anywhere in between since I don't know how I'll look/feel at 130 but that's what I'm shooting for! (Right now I'm 215, I don't know my true jean size but I'm a 14 in tailored pants)0

I'm 5'6" and was 120-125 at my peak physical abilities. However, I look at pictures of myself and think "oh my goodness, I looked way too thin." So, my goal is to get down to 130. I felt good there when I hit 130 in 2014 but then multiple injuries last year and neck surgery in December had me unable to do any exercising. The medicine they kept me on while I was fighting the insurance company to get my surgery also meant I was putting on the pounds quickly. I've recently started my get in shape program and have already lost 5 pounds. My starting weight was 163.2 lbs and I'm currently at 158. Ideally, I will hit in the 130s by June 1.
My biggest motivator to stay on my fitness plan is having races planned. I love my race bling! I've got 5 races on the books so far for this year, with my next half marathon being race 1 on April 24. I'm super excited because it's an inaugural race! Love doing those.0 -

Thank goodness, I was starting to feel alone here. I'm 5'7" (and maybe a half), currently at 170. My lowest in high school was 155, and I am so much fitter and healthier now. I am ultimately shooting for 155, but once I get to 160 I plan to have a dexa scan done to see where I am in terms of bodyfat. I'm actually pretty happy where I am, but would like to be back in the normal bmi range.0 -
Im 5ft 7 and currently 140/142 not weighed myself in over a week - i started in january 2015 at 224lbs and my goal was 148lbs but then decided 140lbs may go for 135lbs0

I'm 5'6" and I hover around 150. I started at 177. My frame is narrow so I prefer to stay in the 145-150 range.0

I'm 5'7", currently weigh 203 with 43" bust, 35" waist, 41" hips. My current goal is 165 pounds; from there I'll see if I need to lose more. I don't want to go any lower than 150 because I think I would look a bit sick/gaunt (my mother is half an inch shorter than me, and she looks like she's ill when she drops below 150)0

I'm 5' 6.75" and my goal weight is 135. I've been lower and am currently much, much higher. 135 is where I felt the best previously so that's what I'm shooting for.0
