    when i started running again last year i was getting shin splints, i just went through the pain for a while, after 2-3 weeks i never got them again.

    What do u mean?

    I meant - Putting ice packs on my shins when they're painful, but what solved my issue was really well fitted running shoes.

    Ohhhh...great to know...I do have Nike's running shoes...but I am due for new ones.....thanks

    No listen.... chin splints are no joking matter.

    They are real people. Most of the time chin splints develop from yawning while walking.
