I meant - Putting ice packs on my shins when they're painful, but what solved my issue was really well fitted running shoes.0 -

Ohhhh...great to know...I do have Nike's running shoes...but I am due for new ones.....thanks0 -
No listen.... chin splints are no joking matter.
They are real people. Most of the time chin splints develop from yawning while walking.
