Every now and again (see:today) I have a day where, no matter what I eat I'm super hungry and I don't understand why. I could eat the same thing as I did yesterday, yesterday feeling full, today feeling hungry.
Anyone know why??

What did you eat today that was different from what you ate yesterday?

A lot of factors can contribute to hunger, such as stress or not getting enough sleep. Did you do any exercise today, whereas you didn't yesterday? Any small changes could also change your hunger. Some days we're just hungrier and there's no real reason. It's just how our bodies are, and means we need more energy :)

Agree with all the points stated above. Those are the possible reasons. Strategies that really help with appetite control are Intermittent Fasting, Keto diet. Whenever I went on a cut I always struggled with hunger pangs even with small deficits. Intermittent Fasting helped a lot!

I ate all of the same things I did yesterday. (I do this a lot, actually. I tend to eat in phases.)
    No changes in exercise.
I was wondering if maybe it was dehydration. I had a small snack (which made me go over my calories for today) and drank water. Thankfully this helped, but man, there are those "empty leg" days where it seems like no matter what you could eat a horse! They're not often but man are they frustrating.

Too many carbs. More carbs = more hunger. Keep them below 100/day to start. Adjust downward until hunger disappears. :)

I had those all the time before my period.

One thing I have noticed (with me) is that if I eat over 400 calories for dinner, I am super hungry in the morning. If I eat a large breakfast following a large dinner the night before, it puts me back on track of feeling full.

Of course this is a trend I've noticed for myself and the only reason I mention it is because it is a trend I've noticed and maybe after a while of logging, there may be trends that you notice as well.

I was ravenous last Wednesday. I chalk that up to the fact that it was snowing (!)

Freakin' hormones. This could also be a possibility. I'll have to pay attention to when these days occur in the future.

Definitely agree on this one. So much easier to eat healthy when it's nice out. Until all the barbecues start up. lol

This is totally me, every month. The day before it shows up, I am STARVING. I just try to make my extra snacks healthy ones and don't go too crazy, haha!

10 days for me but avoiding refined carbs seems to help a lot lol.
