Weight lost/gained this month: -7 pounds
Successes/struggles this week: Still dealing with a jacked up toe and a bum hip and general oldness. Work schedule don’t help either. Added to the mess this week; I found out that I have been fighting a sinus infection for apparently two or more weeks. At least it was diagnose and now I can hopefully get back on track.

Congrats to all on all your hard work and great effort. Don't worry if you did not reach your target the fact that you tried in itself is a victory! If you did not reach your goal maybe look at setting a more reasonable goal. Setting a goal that is unobtainable can be demoralizing.

@Llorraine11 You should feel good, 7.8 pounds is a solid number. For a month that is nearly 2 pounds a week and that is VERY solid! Be proud and keep on getting it. That is a very good pace and one that can be maintained for a while. Just to clarify were you actually targeting 18.2 pounds in a month, or is that your overall goal weight? Either way I would hazard to guess that if you keep doing what you did this month you should hit that number or be really near it by the end of March.

Successes/struggles this week: A bit surprised on losing another pound over the weekend, definitely drank and ate in excess Friday and Saturday nights, but I made sure to get a lot of exercising in. Maybe that tipped the scale in my favor? Either way, super happy to be down over 5 lbs! This is the first time I've actively focused on weight loss by counting calories and exercising a lot and it works!!0
