Feeling made

I'm upset that I do so good working out with Trainor at a gym eating healthy and I still feel fat. I'm not use to the weight not falling off as fast as it use to which makes me mad. Anyone else feel this way

    I think everyone has felt this way at some point. We are humans so want instant gratification. Just know that if you are doing the right things that it will fall into place. Don't give up because then you'll just be back to where you started. Don't get relaxed because you are feeling discouraged ( keep weighing every food on your food scale , keep measuring all your liquids and so on )
    When you start to see results, all the hard work will finally feel worth it. Just keep going !

    It sounds like you are frustrated that this is taking longer than you like. Just to get some perspective, how long since you have started counting calories and working out? How much weight have you lost in that time frame?
