Hey any tips out there

Hi I have had problems with losing weight all my life just wanted any help any one can give x

    Have a goal and know what you want. Remind yourself every time you're tempted to give yourself a "tiny" cheat. Exercise plenty.. it's needed! I've struggled with diets countless times but it wasn't until I started getting on the elliptical and stuck with it that I saw a difference. You can add me if you would like a support buddy. Once you see the weight drop you will be driven more than ever. The hardest part is starting.

    30 min brisk walk....grilled chicken...grilled fish...broccoli. .asparagus. ..brown rice...fruits...protein shake...

    I lost 120 lbs

    Hi thank for the info but my baby don't do will on protein shakes not sure why and I go to the gym ever other day and do a work out dvd's at home

    My biggest tip - DON'T overcomplicate it. There are a lot of 'diets' out there and by and large, they promote cutting foods, restricting foods, combining foods and none of them have anything going for them over the others, other than personal preference and what you can stick with.

    Plug your stats into MFP, start logging your food (accurately - no estimating, but a food scale if you don't have one), and work to your calorie goal. For health and feeling full, include veggies and other low cal 'bulk' foods where you can.

    Oh, and ignore people who try to sell you things, tell you you need special products, or tell you that some amazing tip they can give you will work.

    Well ...u need to forget about protein shakes and load yourself up with veggies and egg whites

    I know u can do it....I will make sure u lose weight now!!

    For weight loss -ALL THATS NEEDED IS A CALORIE DEFICIT!

    don't over complicate this by listening to " tips and tricks " for weight loss, all you have to do is eat less then you burn. If you can't work out at all, you can still lose weight- Because it comes down to a calorie deficit.
    As long as you eat at a calorie deficit you will lose weight. Forget the tips and tricks and get yourself a food scale. Cico.
