I'm also learning that you can make simple changes to foods you love and make them much healthier/lower calorie! I'm thinking this may be becoming a lifestyle! I don't understand how some of the smaller people on here are losing 10 pounds or more a month. Even at a 2 pound per week deficit, I only lose max 6 pounds per month, and I'm a big girl at 5'11" and 240 pounds0

Starting the month off, I'm new to this, so the lower portion sizes, exercise, and meal planning are an adjustment. I'm staying focused through tracking all of my food intake on MFP, working out in the morning so that I start the day off motivated, and avoiding the scale until weigh-in day.0 -
