Hi I'm a 31 year old mom with some pretty big fitness goals. I'm studying to be a personal trainer (only on my second week). When I'm all done with school I plan on training for a fitness comp. Haven't decided on bikini or figure yet. I really like the muscular look. If someone could help me build muscle and try to figure out the macros I need according to my goals that's be great. You can reply here or email @ sdaunais0423@yahoo.com thanks!

My recommendation would be to check out bodybuilding.com and check out some of there online programs. There are some great ones out there that have a slew of peeps praising the results.

Another recomendation would be ask one of your fellow students with the programme you're doing. It will be great help for you AND them.

As a physical therapist, I can't say I would ever be comfortable to mentor or coach anyone over the internet that would be preposterous. The only thing I could do is give a few pointers. Especially with your goal there, it will be crucial that you have someone be physically present to regularly check and correct your exercises while you're lifting. That's the main thing, because no matter the routine you do, if you don't do the exercises right, it's not gonna work right and worst case: you can injure yourself.

Be good to yourself and hire professional help once you'll start working on your goal.
