I've been on here a while and just used it for myself to keep track of my food and exercise. I was so hesitant to friend anybody, because it's a little weird to let strangers in, but I've realized it's much more fun and encouraging to have others on board with you! Feel free to add me if you're looking for encouragement and for support.

    You click on the persons name, which takes you to their profile, and then there's a little person you click on to add as a friend. (I think that's how it works)
