I've been working out 4 to 5 times a week - 3x cardio 2x weight lifting - and logging 1200 calories a day. I'm 46 and weighed 130 about one month ago when I started working out and logging calories on here. Today I'm still 130 and clothes still seem to fit the same - maybe a tiny bit looser since I can button pants and actually sit in them but they don't look comfortable. What am I doing wrong? I drink the 8 glasses of water a day and have cut out alcohol. What the heck? I've never had this much trouble before. Has my metabolism slowed to nothing? Any supplements I should be taking?

I think you are looking for instant results and that is not going to happen. I'm 49 5'1 139 lbs. I been working out since December and I'm just starting to see change. Not a lot on the scale but the inches are slowly coming of where I can see my body starting to change. I only want to drop 10 more pounds I will be at my goal. Oh you cut out alcohol,0

If you're not losing weight then it is likely you are eating more than you think (see chart above ^^)0
