Not sure what to do at this point

I've lost almost 90 lbs over 2 years and started lifting weights about 8 months ago.
I'm 5'7" 142 lbs
I started at 230lb
I'm wondering what you guys think my body fat % is and how much of my belly is fat and how much is loose skin. I want to eventually stop losing weight and bulk, but am having trouble figuring out when would be best since I want to be pretty lean before entering my first bulk. My initial goal was 130, but I'm starting to fear this is mostly skin- but I'm not sure.
Let me know what you guys think.

Squeezing
Stomach lying down
Thickest squeeze
Most amount I can pull with a slight pinch

That's mostly loose skin for sure. 140lbs is not heavy at all for your height. Start to slowly bulk and hopefully when u start toning and putting on muscle it will fill out some of the excess skin. Well done with the weight loss0
