Any good cutting suggestions?

Calorie deficit, adequate protein, progressive resistance training, possibly some cardio, time.0

High protein, low carb and minimal calorie intake. I suggest a lot of salmon, tuna broccoli and asparagus and a lot of cardio. Keep the reps high and the weight low to prevent any atrophy. Good luck0

I think she's joking, and is talking about self harm cutting, and not the gym type cutting..0 -
How about cutting carbs? I've heard you shouldn't go too low or it can cause health issues, yet it's supposedly essential.

Cutting back on carbs is an easy way to reduce overall calories. It's not absolutely necessary for fat loss and cutting them down really far can hamper gym performance.0 -
