Sorry to weigh-in late, but I've been on vacation so I haven't been able to do it. Anyway, there hasn't been any changes from last week. :< Maybe because of the vacation... But I'm now home and gonna get right on track and try to remember weigh-in in time. :>0

Had another great start to the week losing 1.8 lbs in like 3 days. Just needed .7 to stay on pace. Ended up gaining a bit over next 4 days. A loss is a loss but disappointed a bit. Will be tough to hit 10lb goal unless I have above average week.

No loss this week but, honestly, I expected as much. It's been really hard for me to lose lately, so 3 lbs. in 3 weeks is pretty good. And, actually, right on target with my MFP food settings.
I had a rough week last week. Didn't eat that great and didn't exercise as much as I would've liked. But my goal is 5 lbs. down for June, in the 150s for July! 2 lbs. to go, and I think, if I push, I can make it in this final week. I'm going to work my butt off this week!0 -

Finally started seeing some movement again. I have really tried to mix things up even changed my work out times so I can do a little in the gym and little outside with run/walking (more walking than running) and the scale is finally moving for me again. Excited... now I just have to keep it up.0
