    Successes/struggles this week: Quite a successful week! Looks like a big drop but I think my initial weigh in was influenced by water weight. Took my monthly measurements and my hips and belly are down an inch each, with half an inch off my bum. Went to meet a friend at a bar and had some lovely tea instead of alcohol.

    Successes/struggles this week: we had a lot of doctor's appointments this week. And since we were out we ate fast food...I did what I could to keep on track but the sodium intake was horrible and my water in take a bit low. Today (the 4th) is the worst for the bloat the sodium caused so I entered my weight from yesterday instead of what was on the scale this morning.

    Successes/struggles this week: I was doing fine calorie and activity-wise this week, and every time I weighed myself, I gained another 0.2 lbs. So, yesterday I figured "Screw it", had Chik-Fil-A for lunch and a donut (!) for dinner. This morning the scale registered a 2 lb. loss. Obviously I need to eat more donuts for dinner (Joking!)

    Successes/struggles this week: I went over my calories one day this week which disappoints me because sometimes I have no self control around things I love. It ended up evening out because I ate less the next day and stayed a little bit under my 1675 calorie goal a couple other days. I ended up with a great loss which is keeping me motivated but I still wish I exercised more, only did one day this week, so that's definitely something I am going to work on.

    Success/struggles this week: Despite having a good week and on target for a 2 lb loss, went out to eat last night and ended up with a .1 gain. How can a small burger with a side of salad be nearly 1200 calories???? Must make note to check calorie count BEFORE going to eat. One lesson learned!
