    First off you look great! Second, you inspire me because I'm almost the same situation (one year older :s and a little taller) but it reminds me that I can do this and it's possible. Thank you for that.

    Well I didn't want to get diabetes or heart disease and I was just tired of how I was living my life. In terms of motivation - it comes and go but I told myself this time I wasn't going to quit. I was/am determined to lose the weight.

    I did what literally everyone knows you need to do to lose weight - I changed my diet and I exercised daily :smiley: It sucked at first but I got used to the routine.

    Its super possible and you can totally do it! Just don't give up, keep pushing yourself even when you want to quit.

    I am a lot happier! Only thing I'm not happy with is how my butt hurts if I sit down for an extended period and the excess skin. But still wouldn't go back to how I was for it lol.

    Nope, I haven't had any surgery of any kind. I just went to the gym daily and stopped excessively overeating.

    Yes, I still want to get out of the "overweight" bmi, but I am very happy with my progress so far. :smiley:

    I started at 317 a year and a half ago- I'm 40 pounds lighter now. 9 months is insane! Great job!
