    Successes/struggles this week: I went over my calories one day this week which disappoints me because sometimes I have no self control around things I love. It ended up evening out because I ate less the next day and stayed a little bit under my 1675 calorie goal a couple other days. I ended up with a great loss which is keeping me motivated but I still wish I exercised more, only did one day this week, so that's definitely something I am going to work on.

    Successes/struggles this week: Pretty easy, straight forward week. Worked out, ate well, stayed under calorie goal. There weren't many temptations this week!

    Success/struggles this week: Despite having a good week and on target for a 2 lb loss, went out to eat last night and ended up with a .1 gain. How can a small burger with a side of salad be nearly 1200 calories???? Must make note to check calorie count BEFORE going to eat. One lesson learned!

    Successes/Struggles this week: I only made it to the gym once (so far) and meant to go four times to have done three runs and one yoga class by the end of this week. Nothing really stopped me, I just didn't make it happen. Next week, I'm going to make it happen.

    Successes/struggles this week: I'm taking a "rest week" and lightly exercising 3 days this week. Since I started on MFP again this time, I've worked out 6-7 days a week, and my body is screaming at me to give it a rest. I'm finding it difficult to rest and it's not helping my eating habits; but, I am learning I make better choices and grab healthier snacks/meals when I've worked out as I don't want to "undo" any of my hard work.

    Successes/struggles this week: I feel like my biggest struggle this week was balance. For me I am watching my carb/ fat intake, and with that I sometimes struggle with the right amount of calories. This is week one for me so I am slowly learning how to balance everything and plan my meals just right.

    My success this week would be that I have managed to keep up with my work schedule (sitting at a desk all day) and find a balance to keep myself busy and active as well. Still have some tweaks to do because I felt that I was not as active as I could have been, but I am proud of myself for finding the time.
