water consumption

I have a question, I put in how much water I drink, but does it really matter if I put it in or not. I don't see where it makes a difference in the calculations.

    I never track water because I know I drink enough. If you're struggling to drink enough I recommend tracking but if not it makes no difference to track or not.

    It doesn't change your calculations, I think it's just there for those of us who get some weird and sick satisfaction out of tracking every. single. thing and meeting some sort of goal.

    i log 9 glasses but i drink FAR more than that ( i drink all day constantly) lol

    i wouldnt log it at all but the empty glass makes me sad.
