    Successes/struggles this week: I had lost 50 lbs using MFP in 2012/2013 and I gained it back...all my fault. I quit tracking my food diary. I started again on Feb. 27th, 2016 and I'm eager to get back/stay on the plan. I know it works. Good luck in March everyone!

    Successes/struggles this week: I started my new job this week so I've eaten lunch out 3 times. Not good for the diet, that's for sure! Hopefully things will settle into a good routine starting next week.

    Successes/struggles this week: some serious GI issues this week that I've never had before in my life (weight went up 7lbs) problem resolved.

    I have also adjusted my weight loss goal, to 1-1.5 lbs a week. I've been starving every day, which just started, since I started on October 1. I'm getting more calories now.

    Successes/struggles week 1: Struggles - I ate above my calorie allotment, didn't work out as much as I usually do, didn't drink enough water and my sleep wasn't very restful. I suppose the success this week was that my weight stayed even instead of going up.

    Successes/struggles this week: TOM helped me drop a lot of weight very quickly. The kids and I have finally almost got over evil flu so my exercise has also gone back up to normal levels.
