Need some help

My goal for calorie intake is around 1,500 per day. If I go over do I just not want to worry about it, cut back a little the next day or some other option?

Look at your weekly goal, not just daily0

Depending on what your weekly loss goal is and how much you went over you were likely still in a deficit. I wouldn't worry about it. As long as you are not consistently going to or over maintenance you will still be losing weight. Just a little more slowly.0
