    Successes/struggles this week: Booze was definitely a struggle last night. Will not go out next weekend. Another teacher at my school brought me lunch one day this week- did not even want to log it. I hope to stay strong next week.

    Successes/struggles week 1: Struggles - I ate above my calorie allotment, didn't work out as much as I usually do, didn't drink enough water and my sleep wasn't very restful. I suppose the success this week was that my weight stayed even instead of going up.

    Successes/struggles this week: TOM helped me drop a lot of weight very quickly. The kids and I have finally almost got over evil flu so my exercise has also gone back up to normal levels.
