Im New and need help!

Hi Im Laura, and im getting married in december!

I Need to lose at least 2 stone, and im finding it hard, im always tired (have 3 kids under 3, so very busy) so i used to pick to wake me up, need to stop snacking, any tips?

    You can still snack, you just need healthier choices. Instead of crisps, try some nuts, instead of biscuts, go with some fruit.

    Another tip is to keep a drink handy. Liquid refreshes you and perks you up and can fill you rather than the little snacks you have.

    Thanks guys, im really trying hard to drink more. I left some of my dinner earlier as i had drank 2 glasses of water during! So i know it works!
