I'm joining my family for a lunch buffet today, and I've tried to make some healthy and yummy things to take:
Salmon and cream cheese rolls
Smoked mackerel paté
Stuffed sweet peppers
And some not so healthy but ohsodelicious cupcakes!!!

What are you eating for mother's day today?

Currently? Drinking tea and eating chocolate Hobnobs - oops! (For those of you outside the UK, Hobnobs are a type of cookie.)
    But hey, it's Mother's Day - why not! ;)
Hope you all have a fantastic day! :)

I'm sticking to plan as I lose weight slow & one day off will mess my whole week up if I had much less to lose id have a meal out
I'd still count calories though just so I don't over eat too much
Years of yoyoing has taught me once I don't track I'll over eat by way to much

I saw this thread and I was sweating bullets. If me and my daughter both forgot Mothers Day... well I wouldn't be typing now.

This threw me off, too. In the US, Mothers Day is in May. I was a bit confused. That being said, I do not do anything special on our Mothers Day, so my answer would be "my normal meals."
