This was my first week of weight lifting and I finished it!! I woke at 0530 every morning to be sure I'd have the uninterrupted time to do it and I am sore but in a good way and so proud of myself. I look forward to completing the full six week plan and feel even better!!!

Keep at it - I would highly recommend SL5X5 as a programme if you want to progress with your lifting. It's only about 40mins 3x per week.0
