I have 24 yrs old, my weigth is 84. I want to gain weigth. In the past i tried to gain but I always quit.
I was on 89lbs once. Almost a year ago.
I tried doing p90x and hit 88 lbs
I tried p90x3 but I quit nearly in two weeks.
So I need some advance. im not good in the diet. I run of options too.

Logging your calories makes you accountable and is a good project. You need high calorie food.
Do you mean kilos or pounds by the way?0 -
I think style of training is the problem here. Doesn't matter if you do p90x10000 you'll get more of a weight loss effect from that. Try getting in the gym and moving heavy weight with compound movements. That + a calorie surplus and you'll see a lot of gains haha0

This, and you gotta be in a caloric surplus! If you're trying to "clean bulk" but are struggling to eat all the food, try flexible dieting. Also what this dude said heavy compound lifts, look into 5x5
