eat stop eat

i saw a post earlier about eat stop eat and did a bbit of research into it, it looks interesting and i'd like to give it a go, but i cant find anything online that tells you the basics of how to do it! I know that you basically fast for 24 hrs, but using mfp, do you still maintain the 1200 calories on days where you do eat? and what about working out? Do i continue my normal workout routine? I am nervous about doing this as I have a tendancy to get ill from insufficient calories or too much exercise but am also very interested in giving it a go, any advice would be great! thanks x
