Been a Week

Hello everybody, well its been a week and I've lost 1lb, not quite as much as I would have liked but a move in the right direction!
I really need some help in coming up with new meal ideas that are quick and easy as I don't have a huge amount of time during the week, so if anybody has any please feel free to help me

    And a pound for a week is great! That is the HEALTHY "recommended" amount to loose per week.

    Thanks Tina, I know I really am happy its a loss I just need to lose a bit more as I've been static for a few weeks now and its starting to get to me! x

    Search the web there are so many sites with great recipes. I use dlife.com, skinnygirl.com, eating well, cooking light, allrecipes.com has a 300 calorie section. Hope this helps.
