Wat could I eat for my dinner for under 200 calories lol I've used too many today now it's dinner time and I'm starvin

    3-4 oz of baked chicken breast, a cup/100 g of plain green beans, and a nice tall glass of refreshing water. :)

    Veg stir fry is my go to option in this situation! Enables u to have a massive filling portion without going over your calorie allowance. Soups a good one but often when I have soup I'm always temped to have a few slices of bread too, which can bring u over the calories very easily. Also you could have a decent amount of non butter mash potato which is dense and filling and can tick the box if u want warm comfort food.
