Veg stir fry is my go to option in this situation! Enables u to have a massive filling portion without going over your calorie allowance. Soups a good one but often when I have soup I'm always temped to have a few slices of bread too, which can bring u over the calories very easily. Also you could have a decent amount of non butter mash potato which is dense and filling and can tick the box if u want warm comfort food.0
