    Successes/struggles this week: Still struggling with my nutrition and have been stress eating like crazy. My goal, this week, is just to be conscious of every eating decision (good or bad) that I make. I had some success with my running this week and am getting ready for my half marathon next weekend.

    Successes/struggles this week: was sick this week which helped because I was drinking lots of liquids, eating soup, etc. But also snacked on frozen yogurt and things I definitely could have made smarter choices with!

    Successes/struggles this week: even though the scale didn't move, I had a great week. I have embraced running again and was able to run 12 miles this week. Still, I need to work on portion control on the weekends, gets me every time!

    Struggles/ successes: Not a real loss as I think that my start weight was artificially high. I've been doing really well with exercise, but drinking far too much wine and eating too much - must stop baking! Feeling motivated now to get on track.

    succeeding with hypothyroid diet! It's killing me... No wine, popcorn, cheese or wheat!

    I have hypothyroidism as well still trying to get regulated I never heard of hypothyroid diet. Could u pls tell me more about it ty.

    Successes/struggles this week: Woo! I can't decide if this lose is a whoosh, if it's because of my better food choices, or because of my increased activity. Maybe all three? I'm just glad it happened. It's just the motivation I need to keep going.

    Weighed in this morning after not having weighed since the 1st. Down 1.6 lbs. Having the flu last week helped, and getting back on track once I felt like eating again has really helped too! Struggling with getting my water intake back up and remembering to track it. Took last week off from Stronglifts (again flu!), but back at it this week as well. Just keep swimming...just keep swimming...

    Successes/struggles this week: Wow, I just realized I hit my goal! I always lose water weight when I first start. New goal is 5 more pounds by the end of the month!
    Start back to jogging in am, that is my best time. Did really good this past week and did 10,000 steps all last week, so plan to keep up 10,000 steps per day during week. Keep logging food.
