Hi everyone!
Looking for very specific advice from not MFP or another online calculator.
I'm 5'2 and currently 119.6lb (trying to get to the bottom of my maintenance range of 115 and stay 115-120). I actively burn 350-500 calories 6x a week, on average, between cardio and lifting.
Can anyone with similar statistics tell me what they maintain on?
Thanks!
Sara

5"2, 46, size 2 and have been maintaining 130 pounds for a few years now after 100 plus pound loss. My maintenance calories are around 2100 and I work out 7 days a week. I'm training for another marathon so I'm running, cross training and weights. Hope this helps0

5'2", maintaining at 108-111. My calories before exercise are 1600. I run or lift weights for 30-60 minutes most days, or do HIIT for 20 minutes or so.0

Hi Sara, I'm 5 foot nothing and have been maintaining about 6 years now after losing 85 pounds. I no longer look at the scale and have not for years now. I'd say my maintenance hoovers around 1500 calories. I still don't count exercise burn, but I eat when I need to eat.0

Following! I'm 5'2.5" and currently 129. 128 is my goal weight! I'm supposed to be losing at a rate of a half pound a week but I'm losing more quickly than that. I eat like 1700ish a day and exercise 6 days a week and I'm losing at a rate of 1 pound a week so I imagine my maintenance might be above 2000 but who knows!0

Hi all! Congrats on your losses and success with maintenance! Thank you all for sharing This is extremely helpful & inspiring!!!0

This is so inspiring! I am 5 ft nothing and have been trying to lose on 1200 a day and 1400 on the weekend. Maintaining at 1700-2000 sounds incredible0

Hi
I'm 43 & 5 foot 2 - currently 59.2 kg
I just moved back to my old job, on my feet all day, lifting stuff and I think my tdee ranges anywhere between 2500-3000 on weekdays depending on the exercise that I do at night. Running, weights, sport. I also walk to and from work sometimes.
I'm wanting to lose the last couple of kg slowly. It would be wonderful to lose 1/2 kg a month. I'm wanting to get back to 57 & maybe lower but I'm not sure yet as I haven't ever weighed lower than 57 as an adult.
I've been eating 2100 gross calories and I think I just had a loss. I'll have to wait till after Tom to confirm this but I'm pretty sure I had a loss because I'm at the low end of my scale range day 1 of my period. Usually I'm a kg heavier at that time.0 -
I'm 5'2, 41, and maintaining around 120 with a TDEE of ~2200 according to my FitBit. It's been about a year and a half of this range so I think that's pretty accurate... For exercise I get about 15K steps a day and I do light weights 2-3 times a week.0

Amazing!!! Thank you ladies!0

Im 5'2 (1.60m) Ive been maintaining for 1.5 year now, and im at 1700 calories. I cycle to work 5 days a week (20 min each way) and go to the gym twice a week (about an hour at a time, tho i should probably be a lot more vigorous, going to start Strong from the NROL books this week)0

Amazing! Thank you Cilenia.0

I'm 5'2 and 125. I'd like to get down to 120. I currently eat about 1200/day with a splurge day on Fridays. I run about 4x/week. I used to exercise a lot more but controlling the eating is what got me the most results (lost 85+ pounds). I'd like to add more exercise back in if only because I love to eat! But I'm surprised at how satisfied I can be on 1200. I do drink a lot of coffee with milk and splenda which I don't count because it's a really good appetite suppressant for me.0

Do you know about how many calories you burn when you run?0

Following. I'm not at my goal just yet but thinking about what maintaining will be like. I'm 5'3 and eat 1200-1350 calories on weekdays more around 2000 or less on weekends. My weight loss has really slowed down the passed 6 weeks. My plan was when I got closer to my goal I would up my calories but now I'm thinking that's not the thing to do. I workout 4 or more days a week. Mostly cardio or walking not super intense. I just got a bike so I'm hoping changing up excersize will help. Any thoughts? 2000 calories everyday seems crazy to me. It seems like I would gain for sure. My Fitbit average tdee about 2200 though.0

Sara - I've mostly been doing 3-mile workouts. I don't have a fitbit but probably about 300 calories at my pace.0

My FitBit calories burned are similar and I find them to be very accurate. I lost weight eating 1600-1900 and am maintaining eating 2000-2200.

Man...I need to get more active. I'm 5'4" so a bit taller than you ladies when I was 128/130 lbs my maintenance was only 1800.0

I'm about 5'2. It varies, but I've been pretty active these past few weeks, and I was eating 1700-2100 calories to maintain my 108-114 lb range, which is what my Fitbit Charge HR was telling me to eat.0

It is incredible! It's silly, I know, and after doing this whole CICO thing for so long, I know better, but a tiny piece of me still expects the scale to climb up when I eat past 2,000 calories. It never does though.0 -
neldabg, what is pretty active? Can you give a timeframe or estimated average caloric burn?0
-
5'2", maintaining between 125-130. I have my maintenance calories set at 1400 (which is what MFP recommended), but do add back exercise calories by being linked to fitbit. I do crossfit 5/week and walk a minimum of 10,000 steps per day. So far I'm holding steady, but still pretty new to maintenance and still quite nervous. Good luck and thanks to everyone else for the info. It's enlightening. I know everyone is different, but its interesting to see what others of similar stature are doing.0

The timeframe is from January 25, 2016 to March 6, 2016.
Hmmm... I consider the fact that I averaged more than 10k steps a day, climbed many floors, did yoga everyday, and quick toning videos after each yoga session as "pretty active". As for the estimated calorie burns, here are the stats from my Fitbit progress reports from this period:

WOW! Neldabg you are killing it!0

I'm 5'1 and 107lbs and maintain on 2200. I'm usually 100 to 200 caloies under that most days and still losing, but very slowly. I'm somewhat active. I work on my feet and take around 17,000 to 26,000 steps per day. I lift heavy 3 days a week.0

Great conversation here as I'm 5 foot 1 and a half. The half is very important lol. I'm. Still losing but will need to maintain soon so good to see what others my build eat x0
-
5'3" 110-111 pounds 39 yo. I'm pretty active in the gym 4-5 times a week + walking most days as well. I maintain at about 1800-1900.0
