I had chicken cooked in hot sauce on top of rice with salsa, avocado, broccoli, and fat free sour cream! I love a good burrito bowl and it is so easy to make!

Cooked spiral pasta mixed with a favorite spaghetti sauce and a half pound lean beef-put in a casserole dish and topped with a thin layer of mozzerella. Normally I'd have a big salad with this, but I'm out of lettuce so I'll probably have cooked broccoli on the side and maybe garlic toast.

After all these meals I feel lame adding 'Cereal' to the list. But yeah, cereal. Vanilla Almond Crunch (I think that's the name)...its from Trader Joe's. Lol. Yum!
