I just did this workout and it took me about 30 mins. What would I log this kind of workout under?
And I'm just beginning.. Is this a decent workout?
please don't be harsh if it isn't.. Like I said, in fairly new to working out.

Caliathenics (pushups, sit-ups), vigorous effort
Comes up as 199 calories in 30 minutes. That seems about right0
