Welll... there's fast, and then there's safe. I'm not a fan of fast, but as someone who has safely lost 80 of the 110lbs I have to lose, I vote for - put your stats into MFP, let it calculate your calories, eat those calories, along with 50-75% of your exercise calories, be patient, consistent, forgive yourself the slip ups and learn to eat in a way you can live with for life.

Oh, also find exercise you enjoy, at a time where you're going to consistently do it.

I'm just wondering how hard I need to work out. And if working out every day will help me. I mean I know it is I just want advice from successful people

    1) Input info into MyFitnessPal.
    2) Buy a food scale
    3) Weigh all solids and measure all liquids you plan on putting in your mouth.
    4) Be patient.
    5) Profit

A calorie deficit is for weight loss. This will mostly come from watching what/how much you eat.

Exercise is for your health. Cardio helps with a deficit but is non-essential to weight loss.

I lost my first 60 pounds with NO exercise at all!

Working out every day can benefit you, but it isn't totally necessary for weight loss.

I, personally, lift weights 3 days a week and run once a week for about 30 minutes.

High five to your weight loss, I think your advice to the op was awesome. Not sure why she needs only advice from successful people. You are the epitome of successful. <3

Thank you, hon <3. I've been thinking of myself as successful, and don't intent to change that!
