Everyone looks so incredible! I'm blown away!
One of my girlfriends put this side by side and sent it to me the other day to show me the progress. I honestly didn't even realize you could tell. I'm down 20 lbs so far and have a good 80 to go yet-but this was motivating for sure!25 -

There is a 5 year and 80 pound difference between these. Before 225 ish pounds. During 146 pounds.
