Hello All,
I lost 30 pounds with Weight Watchers five years ago and joined MFP to lose the last ten.
Well, life happened and I didn't have the healthiest eating habits so I gained back all the weight.
I decided to get motivated and once and for all lose this weight starting this week. I have consulted a registered dietitian who will follow my progress and give me advice. I would also like to support other people here and have your support for me.
Best wishes to everyone with their goals!
Jennifer

I'll have measurements next Monday.

Hey Jennifer, How are you planning to lose the weight this time. I am also struggling with my weight. I have been eating right for the last 4 weeks and have only lost 5 pounds.0

Hi Jennifer I'm in the same boat. I've lost 55 lbs through this app a few years ago but am looking to lose the last 25. I will add you!0

Hey Nancy! Don't let the scale discourage you. Oftentimes, when you begin a new workout and eating regimen, you gain waterweight that supports safe exercising. The waterweight can look as though you are gaining weight on the scale, but you are probably losing fat. It takes more than 4 weeks to actually get the body adjusted to the new lifestyle for the waterweight to stabilize and for the scale to show you what has been changing on the inside.
I am in my 3rd week and am having the same problem. Do you notice any changes when you see yourself in the mirror? If so, start measuring your hips, bust, thighs, and waist--you'll see the changes there!0 -
Hi Nancy! I can definitely understand your struggles! This time I'm going to incorporate exercise and with the help of an RD, I'm going to focus more on my ratios of carb, protein, and fat for weight loss instead of just the calorie part. I hope you are able to reach your goals too. We're in this together. Feel free to add me : )0

I would like to introduce myself. My name is Nicole and I'm here for you and pray for success stories for all of us.0 -
I lost on Weight Watchers years ago...kept it off for years but then found myself in a bit of a depression for a while. Now I'm bigger than I've ever been and it's been so hard to stay motivated because being my age (47) the body doesn't drop the lbs like it used to!
Maybe if I have some accountability!0
