Zumba

I did zumba fitness for an hour a day 5 min well I put it in there and within a few seconds, it takes it away and it's like I never put it in. Why is it doing that?

    I have no idea, but MFP seems to be doing weird stuff with adding exercise right now.

    just got back to zumba again, hope i can be consistent on my fitness goal..

    Best way to stay consistent is to not see it as a goal to be reached but as a lifestyle. Staying fit and healthy shouldn't be something you do just to reach a certain goal but something that is part of who you are. Once I got to that mindset, it became a habit and something that was just what I did. By the way, I love Zumba but I love dancing so it's like going to the gym to dance.
